Mr. Villaseñor rejoined Ramirez in April 2005 in the San Antonio office. He has been involved in over $1.6 billion of senior managed general obligation, revenue, unlimited tax, variable rate and taxable issues for issuers such as San Antonio Water System, Brownsville Public Utility Board, Lower Colorado River Authority, Southmost Regional Water Authority, Northside ISD, Edgewood ISD, Brownsville ISD, Corpus Christi ISD, Cities of Laredo, Richardson, Amarillo, San Antonio, Corpus Christi, Brownsville, Laredo, Abilene and Hurst. His responsibilities include on-going investment banking services as well as technical research, quantitative analysis and banking support.

Mr. Villaseñor received his Bachelors of Arts degree in Mathematics from the University of Texas at Austin and holds Series 7 and 66 licenses.
