Itay Feldman joined Ramirez & Co. in 2006. Previously he was a Debt Analyst in the Governor's Office of Management and Budget of the State of Illinois. At the State of Illinois he was responsible for bond pricing, bond documents, RFP review and the administration of the private-activity bond program.

At Ramirez & Co., Mr. Feldman has adviced the City of Chicago in the privatization of the Chicago Downtown Parking System and is currently advising the State of Illinois in the privatization of the Illinois Lottery.

Mr. Feldman received a BAS in Bioengineering and a BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Rice University in Houston.
