Ms. Yanagida joined Ramirez & Co. in 2004 and has over 17 years of public finance experience as an investment banker and financial advisor to local and state agencies in the Western United States. She provides investment banking support to the Firm’s West Coast clients and has been involved in a variety of long-term and short-term financings totaling in excess of $15 billion. Ms. Yanagida has been involved with numerous financings including certificates of participation, revenue bonds, redevelopment, notes issues and VRDOs. She has expertise with credit and liquidity enhancements, and performing economic analysis and forecasting for project financings.

Ms. Yanagida received a B.A. degree from Pacific University and an M.A. degree from Pepperdine University (Seaver College).
