Ms. Mobley, Ramirez & Co., Inc. is co-head of the Chicago office for Ramirez & Co., Inc. Ms. Mobley has over 15 years of municipal finance experience. Prior to joining Ramirez & Co., Ms. Mobley served as Senior Vice President for Siebert Brandford Shank. Ms. Mobley has served as a senior managing underwriter for over $8 billion of municipal bonds during her career and has led financings for large scale infrastructure projects for issuers throughout the Midwest including the cities of Chicago, Detroit, Philadelphia and St. Louis among others, in addition to financings for numerous states, counties and school districts. She provides the financial analysis, extensive review and preparation of disclosure documentation and credit presentations for many of her clients. As an industry generalist, she has financed projects for transportation, airports, housing, education, tax increment and water and sewer projects for many Midwestern Governmental Entities. Most recently she served as a co-financial advisor for the long-term lease of the $563 million City of Chicago/Chicago Park District Underground Parking System and senior managed the following transactions: $356 million City of Chicago General Obligation Modern Schools Across Chicago bond program (Jan. 2007); $345 million City of Philadelphia Water and Wastewater Revenue Refunding Bonds (Apr. 2007) ; $146 million School District of Philadelphia General Obligation Bonds (May 2007), $93 million Chicago Transit Authority Lease Revenue Refunding Bonds (Oct. 2006) and $80 million Shelby County Tan Anticipation Notes (July 2006).
Ms. Mobley is a member of the National Forum for Black Public Administrators, Chicago Bond Club, Chicago Women in Public Finance, National Association of Securities Professionals and serves on the Board of Governors for the Chicago Society of Clubs. Ms. Mobley holds NASD security licenses 52 and 63. Ms. Mobley attended Hendrix College and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics with an emphasis in accounting.
