Ramirez & Co. has a vast array of experience in the debt capital markets. The Firm participated in new issue corporate debt transactions totaling almost $200 billion dollars since 2002. Corporate Bonds
For the first eight months of 2005, Ramirez & Co. participated in 28 corporate bond offerings totalling approximately $28 billion. The Firm acted as co-manager for entities such as Wal-Mart Stores, Bank of America Corp., Exelon Corporation, and Comcast Corporation.

In August 2005, Ramirez & Co. acted as Joint Lead Book-Running Manager in the largest minority-led transaction in U.S. history: the issuance of $800 million in 5-year notes by Wal-Mart Stores, Inc.

Preferred Stocks
The Firm underwrote or was part of the selling group in preferred stock offerings totalling $5 billion in 2005 and $36 billion since 2002. Issuers such as Georgia Power Co., US Cellular, Ford Motor Co., and GMAC included Ramirez & Co. as underwriter in their preferred stock transactions.

U.S. Agency and Asset Backed Securities
Ramirez & Co. is a member of the designated selling group for Federal Home Loan Bank, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac. The Firm is a facilitator of "reverse inquiry" interest directly to each of the Federal Agency issuers. The Firm acted as selling group member for Agency issues in the amount of $60 billion since 2002.
